Cream of Watercress Lydia

Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, 400 g of watercress, cream, salt, pepper.

Peel and cut potatoes into pieces and arrange in a casserole. Cover with water and cook for 20 minutes. Sauté one minute watercress in a little butter.

Mix everything together and add the cream, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
