The spinach pie Lydia

4 pers. : A pastry, 500 grams of fresh spinach, 2 eggs 20 cl of fresh cream, grated cheese, salt, pepper
Cook spinach in a little olive oil, covered, 10 minutes. Then cook uncovered until the water delivered by the spinach has evaporated.
Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Then add the spinach.
Spread mixture over dough and cover with grated cheese spend 20 mins in the oven.
