Rabbit Provencal Meme casseroles
For 4-5 people:
A rabbit about 1 500 kg cut into pieces, some bacon, shallots or onions, 10 green or black olives, mushrooms optional, thyme, white wine, salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, brown the rabbit pieces with bacon and shallots in olive oil. Then add a glass of white wine mustard and water and thyme. Simmer about 1 hour over low heat and add salt to the end of cooking by adding the olives and mushrooms. Bon appetit!
